Ingredients:
•1 slice of the sourdough bread you love
•1egg
•50ml of normal milk/plant based milk with added calcium
•1 banana
•some frozen blueberries
•a teaspoon of flaxseeds
•a tea spoon of chia seeds
•honey
•butter for the pan

Method:
•pour the milk into a large bowl and add 1 egg, whisk until the ingredients are well combined together and soak the slice of bread in it for a few minutes
•in the meantime put butter in a pan on high fire and when the bread is well soaked put it in the pan until it’s golden on both sides
•put it on a plate, add flaxseeds and chia seeds on top, a sliced banana and frozen blueberries and squeeze a good dose of natural honey on it
