My Banana Bread


The runner’s classic that will never die...and a pre work out snack that will make you fly, to be accompanied with a good strong coffee .
Refined sugars free, High GI, super soft, full of antioxidants and electrolytes..go for it

Banana Bread:
400gr ripe bananas
300gr 00flour
70gr raw honey
1 egg
A splash of milk/oat milk fortified with calcium
1/2 sachet of @paneangeliofficial yeast
To be baked slowly, 160/180 degrees for 40/60min as the mixture is full of bananas, always check with a stick if the centre is cooked and not runny
